HOUSE BILL 232

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 9, lines 11 and 12, strike Subsection C in its entirety.

     2. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

     3. On page 10, line 4, after "reports", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 5 through the comma and insert in lieu thereof "required by law or the department".
