has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 13, strike “THREE” and insert in lieu thereof “TWO”.

    2. On page 1, line 20, remove the brackets and line through “two hundred” and strike “three hundred”., and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
