    Your BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 203

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, lines 6 and 7, strike "one million dollars ($1,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000)".

     2. On page 4, line 25, after "imposed", insert "and the electors have approved".

     3. On page 5, line 11, strike "one million dollars ($1,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000)".

     4. On page 5, line 18, strike "July 1, 2010" and insert in lieu thereof "January 1, 2011".

     5. On page 5, line 23, strike "one million dollars ($1,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000)".

     6. On page 6, line 1, after "imposed", insert "and the electors have approved".

     7. On page 6, lines 6 and 7, strike "twenty million dollars ($20,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "fifteen million dollars ($15,000,000)".,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
