    Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 199

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, between lines 22 and 23, insert the following new subsection:

          "A. "continuing personal relationship" means a dating or intimate relationship;".

     2. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

     3. On page 3, line 6, strike "(I)" and insert in lieu thereof "(i)".

     4. On page 3, lines 17 and 18, strike the semicolons and insert in lieu thereof commas.

     5. On page 3, line 18, strike "family member, including a relative,".

     6. On page 3, line 19, before "in-law" insert "parent".

     7. On page 3, line 19, strike "child or" and insert in lieu thereof "grandparent, grandparent-in-law, child, stepchild, grandchild,".

     8. On page 3, line 20, after "child", strike "; dating partner;".

     9. On page 3, line 23, remove the brackets and line-through.
