     1. On page 2, line 22, after “practice” insert “as a doctor of”.

     2. On Page 6, line 22 strike “who”.

     3. On page 6 line 23 strike “that” and insert in lieu thereof “who”.

     4. On page 11, line 15, after "practice" insert "as a doctor of".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
