HOUSE BILL 180

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 4, line 1, strike “and”.

    2. On page 4, line 4, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof “; and”.

    3. On page 4, between lines 4 and 5, insert the following new paragraph:

              “(5) state dislocated worker unit.”

    4. On page 6, line 16, strike “and” and insert in lieu thereof “or”.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
