    1. Strike House Judiciary Committee Amendment 1.

    2. On page 2, lines 17 and 18, strike "with the consent of the person, including" and insert in lieu thereof "after a hearing and after the defendant signs" and on line 18, strike "signed by the person".

    3. On page 4, line 12, after the period, insert "Nothing in this section shall prohibit the district attorneys from maintaining their internal records and files.".
