    1. On page 1, line 14, after the semicolon strike the remainder of the line and strike line 15 through the semicolon.

    2. On page 1, line 25, strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof "or".

    3. On page 2, line 1, strike "or".

    4. On page 2, strike line 2 up to the period.

    5. On page 2, line 20, strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof "or".

    6. On page 2, line 21, after "office" strike the remainder of the line.

    7. On page 2, strike line 22 up to the period.

    8. On page 3, strike Section 3 in its entirety.

    9. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

    10. On page 10, line 6, strike "or" and insert in lieu thereof a comma and on line 7, after "agreement" insert "or a public utility as defined by Subsection G of Section 62-3-3 NMSA 1978".
