has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 7, strike line 13 in its entirety.

     2. On page 7, line 14, strike "the superintendent, and vehicle" and insert in lieu thereof "homeowners' insurance, commercial property insurance, private passenger automobile insurance and commercial automobile".

     3. On page 7, lines 15 and 16, strike "homeowners' and vehicle".

     4. On page 7, line 17, strike "homeowners' and vehicle".

     5. On page 7, line 24, before "percent" insert "of one".

     6. On page 8, line 5, strike "2013" and insert in lieu thereof "2016".

     7. On page 8, line 9, strike "2016;" and insert in lieu thereof "2022; and".

     8. On page 8, line 13, strike "2019;" and insert in lieu thereof "2028.".

     9. On page 8, strike lines 14 through 25 in their entirety.

     10. On page 9, strike lines 1 through 8 in their entirety.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
