Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
HOUSE BILL 93, as amended
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 8, line 7, strike "It" and insert in lieu
thereof "Unless a separate agreement lasting no more than fifteen years has been voluntarily entered into for separate consideration, it".
2. On page 10, line 18, after "the" insert "current and immediately" and strike "or" and insert in lieu thereof "and".
3. On page 10, line 19, strike "eighteen" and insert in lieu thereof "fourteen".
4. On page 11, line 14, after "to" insert "a manufacturer's involuntary".
5. On page 11, line 16, after "appraisal" insert ", unless the dealer is in violation of the franchise agreement".
6. On page 11, line 17, strike "rent" and insert in lieu thereof "fair market rental value".
