Mr. Speaker:

    Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 82, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, between lines 23 and 24, insert:

          "C. A tax expenditure budget shall detail new or enhanced revenue sources, whether significant general fund revenue sources or revenue sources for funds other than the general fund, from:

                (1) increased taxes, fees or other new or enhanced state revenues; and

                (2) tax credits or other tax incentives that directly or indirectly provide new revenue to the state.".

     2. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
