AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY FOR DONA ANA COMMUNITY COLLEGE TO IMPLEMENT THE DONA ANA COUNTY REGIONAL EDUCATIONAL INITIATIVE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2011 for Dona Ana community college to implement the Dona Ana county regional educational initiative. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2011 shall revert to the general fund.
