    Your CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 51

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, between lines 12 and 13, insert the following new section to read:

     "Section 2. DELAYED REPEAL.--This 2010 act is repealed effective June 30, 2020.".

     2. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.,

and thence referred to the ENERGY AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE.
