    Your TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 4

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, lines 15 through 17, strike the figures under the Other State Funds, Federal Funds and Total columns and insert in lieu thereof:

           "18,257.3          9,757.8        28,015.1

            63,118.9         204,748.3        267,867.2

    2. On page 2, line 18, after the colon, strike the remainder of the line and insert in lieu thereof:

    "368.00 Permanent;   37.00 Term".

    3. On page 2, line 21, strike "two hundred fifty million dollars ($250,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "four hundred million dollars ($400,000,000)".

    4. On page 2, lines 23 and 24, strike "twenty million seven hundred fifty-nine thousand nine hundred dollars ($20,759,900)" and insert in lieu thereof "thirteen million four hundred eight thousand seven hundred dollars ($13,408,700)".

    5. On page 2, line 24, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof a comma and after "reconstruction", insert "and related construction costs".

    6. On page 3, lines 19 through 21, strike the figures under the Other State Funds, Federal Funds and Total columns and insert in lieu thereof:

           "95,597.1          4,181.0         99,778.1

            26,743.3            319.0         27,062.3

            86,625.7                          86,625.7".

    7. On page 3, line 22, after the colon, strike the remainder of the line and insert in lieu thereof:

    "1,827.00 Permanent; 15.7 Term".

    8. On page 3, line 25, strike "eighty million dollars ($80,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "fifty million dollars ($50,000,000)".

    9. On page 4, lines 13 through 15, strike the figures under the Other State Funds, Federal Funds and Total columns and insert in lieu thereof:

           "24,434.3            869.0         25,303.3

             4,910.5            442.3          5,352.8

            15,976.5            115.2         16,091.7".

    10. On page 4, line 17, after the colon, strike the remainder of the line and insert in lieu thereof:

    "253.00 Permanent;   3.8 Term".

    11. On page 4, line 23, after "employee", strike the remainder of the line and insert in lieu thereof:

    "injuries                                ≤100".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
