    4. On page 2, line 2, after "necessary", strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof "to reimburse or pay".

    5. On page 2, line 3, strike "to provide" and insert in lieu thereof "for".

    6. On page 2, strike Section 2 in its entirety.

    7. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
