    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 11

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, lines 21 and 22, strike "Operation Enduring Freedom or Operation Iraqi Freedom", and insert in lieu thereof "any United States military campaign or armed conflict as defined by congress or by presidential executive order".

    2. On page 5, line 23, strike "January 1, 2009" and "insert thereof August 1, 1990".,

and thence referred to the VOTERS AND ELECTIONS COMMITTEE.
