    1. On page 1, line 12, strike "AND THE TEN" and insert in lieu thereof ", JULIE CYNDIE NIETO AND THE NINE".

    2. On page 1, line 24, after the semicolon, strike the remainder of the line and strike line 25 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof "Cinnamon Elks, who had been missing since 2004, was the third woman whose remains were identified by police; and Julie Cyndie Nieto, who had been missing since 2004, was the fourth woman whose remains".

    3. On page 2, line 8, strike "Julie Cyndie Nieto, missing since 2004;".

    4. On page 4, line 1, after "Elks", insert ", Julie Cyndie Nieto" and after the first occurrence of "the", strike "ten" and insert in lieu thereof "nine".
