SENATE MEMORIAL 40

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 11, strike "INTERIM RADIOACTIVE AND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS" and insert in lieu thereof "NEW MEXICO LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL TO DIRECT THE APPROPRIATE".

    2. On page 2, lines 21 and 22, strike "interim radioactive and hazardous materials committee" and insert in lieu thereof "New Mexico legislative council".

    3. On page 2, line 22, after "to" insert "direct the appropriate committee to".

    4. On page 3, line 1, after "the" insert "appropriate".

    5. On page 3, line 10, after "the" insert "appropriate".

    6. On page 3, line 18, after "the" insert "appropriate".

    7. On page 3, lines 24 and 25, strike "interim radioactive and hazardous materials committee" and insert in lieu thereof "New Mexico legislative council".
