has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 11 and 12, strike "MEDICAL SOCIETY AND THE NEW MEXICO HOSPITAL ASSOCIATION" and insert in lieu thereof "HEALTH POLICY COMMISSION".

    2. On page 3, lines 18 and 19, strike "medical society and the New Mexico hospital association" and insert in lieu thereof "health policy commission".

    3. On page 4, line 25, before "president" insert "agency director of the New Mexico health policy commission, the".,

and thence referred to the PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
