has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, lines 23 and 24, strike "the city of Santa Fe, la villa real de San Francisco de Assis," and insert in lieu thereof "a city in New Mexico".,

and thence referred to the CONSERVATION COMMITTEE.
