    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE JOINT MEMORIAL 30, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 13, strike "STUDY THE POTENTIAL BENEFIT" and insert in lieu thereof "IDENTIFY THE MERITS".

    2. On page 2, lines 22 and 23, strike "study the potential benefit" and insert in lieu thereof "identify the merits".

    3. On page 2, between lines 24 and 25, insert the following new language:

    "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the New Mexico film division of the economic development department and the state investment officer identify the potential benefit to local economies of investing in local film development; and".

    4. On page 3, line 5, strike "the study consider" and insert in lieu thereof "consideration be given to".

    5. On page 3, line 10, strike "the study identify" and insert in lieu thereof "consideration be given to".

    6. On page 3, line 14, after "a", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 15 through "study" and insert in lieu thereof "progress report".
