has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, after "DEPARTMENT", insert ", THE PUBLIC EDUCATION DEPARTMENT, THE HIGHER EDUCATION DEPARTMENT AND THE CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES DEPARTMENT".

    2. On page 2, line 17, after "department", insert ", the public education department, the higher education department and the children, youth and families department".

    3. On page 2, line 25, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof a comma.

    4. On page 3, line 1, after "development", insert "the secretary of public education, the secretary of higher education and the secretary of children, youth and families".,

and thence referred to the CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
