    1. On page 2, line 17, after "administration,", insert "the revenue stabilization tax committee,".

     2. On page 2, line 25, after "to the", insert "revenue stabilization tax policy committee and any other".

     3. On page 3, line 3, strike "a copy" and insert in lieu thereof "copies".

     4. On page 3, line 5, after "department", insert "and the revenue stabilization tax committee".
