    Your BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE MEMORIAL 118

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 4, line 2, after "committee,", insert "the New Mexico mortgage finance authority oversight committee,".

     2. On page 4, line 6, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and".

     3. On page 4, between lines 6 and 7, insert:

     "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of the findings be provided to each member of the legislature.".

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
