has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 3, strike "supervision" and insert in lieu thereof "treatment, supportive housing" and strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof "or".

     2. On page 4, line 10, strike "state" and insert in lieu thereof "medicaid behavioral health ombudsman and the aging and long-term services department long-term care".

     3. On page 4, line 25, after "committee", insert "and the behavioral health planning council's adult subcommittee".

     4. On page 5, line 3, after "health", insert ", human services department and aging and long-term services department".
