    1. On page 1, line 11, strike "NEW MEXICO DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE" and insert in lieu thereof "ENERGY, MINERALS AND NATURAL RESOURCES DEPARTMENT".

    2. On page 2, lines 6 and 7, strike "New Mexico department of agriculture" and insert in lieu thereof "energy, minerals and natural resources department".

    3. On page 2, line 8, after "department", insert "and the New Mexico department of agriculture".

    4. On page 2, lines 10 and 11, strike "New Mexico department of agriculture" and insert in lieu thereof "energy, minerals and natural resources department".

    5. On page 2, lines 15 and 16, strike "director of the New Mexico department of agriculture" and insert in lieu thereof "secretary of energy, minerals and natural resources".
