     1. On page 6, lines 1 through 3, strike the underscored language, and on line 3, strike the comma.

     2. On page 8, lines 9 and 10, remove the brackets and line-through.,

and thence referred to the ENERGY AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE.
