SENATE BILL 641

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 14 and 15, strike "CLARIFYING CLAIMS AND PROTEST PROCEDURES FOR FOOD AND MEDICAL CLAIMS AND REFUNDS;".

    2. On pages 8 through 15, strike Sections 3 and 4 in their entirety.

    3. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.
