AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ADOLESCENT HEALTH STRATEGIC PLAN.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2010 to support and promote positive child and youth development through the implementation of the adolescent health strategic plan. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
