    Your CONSERVATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 486

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, lines 19 and 20, strike "Except as provided in Subsection D of this section, in" and insert in lieu thereof "In".

    2. On pages 4 through 6, strike Sections 2 and 3 in their entirety.

    3. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.,

and thence referred to the PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
