SENATE BILL 478

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 15, after the two dashes, strike the remainder of the line, strike all of line 16 and line 17 through "fund" and insert in lieu thereof:

    "Five million dollars ($5,000,000) is appropriated from the federal general purpose fiscal stabilization funds allocated for flexible use, subject to the requisite application process, provided under the federal American Recovery and Reinvestment Act,".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
