SENATE FLOOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 379, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 8, line 16, after "wildlife" insert ", unless the off-highway motor vehicle is on a route designated by the landowner or land management agency as an off-highway motor vehicle route".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
