    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE CONSERVATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE

 FOR SENATE BILL 348

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 19, strike "MAKING AN APPROPRIATION;".

    2. On page 12, line 11, strike "and".

    3. On page 12, line 13, strike the period and quotation marks and insert in lieu thereof "; and".

    4. On page 12, between lines 13 and 14, insert the following new paragraph:

             "(5) services relating to measurement and verification of conservation-related cost savings and utility cost savings pursuant to the Public Facility Energy Efficiency and Water Conservation Act."".
