SENATE CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 291

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, strike "NONPROFIT ENTITIES" and insert in lieu thereof "BUILDING OWNERS TO QUALIFY".

    2. On page 5, line 14, before "building", insert "person that is a".

    3. On page 9, line 2, after "return", insert ", if applicable,".
