SENATE BILL 279

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 23, strike "require" and insert in lieu thereof "request that", and on line 24, strike "to".

     2. On page 2, line 1, after the period, insert "Nothing in this section shall prevent a law enforcement officer from executing a valid search warrant.".
