AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO COUNTY ROAD 7950.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2010 to improve county road 7950 between United States highway 550 and Chaco culture national historical park. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
