SENATE RULES COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

 SENATE BILLS 172 & 242

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 23, strike "eight" and insert in lieu

 thereof "ten". 

     2. On page 1, line 24, strike "four" and insert in lieu thereof "five".

     3. On page 1, line 25, strike "four" and insert in lieu thereof "five".

4. On page 2, line 1, after the period insert "The house

health and government affairs committee and the senate public affairs committee shall be represented.".
