AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY FOR THE OPERATION OF THE FAMILY RESOURCE CENTER.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2010 to pay for the operation of the family resource center. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
