SENATE RULES COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 72

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 9, after the period, insert "The random sample shall be chosen in a process that will ensure, with at least ninety percent probability for the selected offices, that faulty tabulators would be detected if they would change the outcome of the election for a selected office."
