has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 11, after "TRIAGE", insert "AND MENTAL HEALTH".

    2. On page 1, lines 17 and 18, strike "local government division of the department of finance and administration" and insert in lieu thereof "human services department".

    3. On page 1, line 21, after "illness", insert "in Dona Ana county".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
