AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY FOR THE SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY AND SPECIAL EDUCATION EXTENSION OUTREACH PROJECT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2010 to support the speech-language pathology and special education extension outreach project. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
