HOUSE BILL 876

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 8, after “who” strike “fails to disclose information or”.

     2. On page 2, line 16, strike the comma, strike lines 17 and 18 in their entirety and strike line 19 through the comma and insert in lieu thereof "and".

     3. On page 3, line 13, after “who” strike “fails to disclose information or”.

     4. On page 3, line 21, after "fund", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 22 in its entirety and strike line 23 through the comma and insert in lieu thereof "and".

     5. On page 4, line 17, after “who” strike “fails to disclose information or”.

     6. On page 4, line 25, after "fund", strike the remainder of the line and on page 5, strike line 1 in its entirety and strike line 2 through the first comma and insert in lieu thereof "and".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
