"PROVIDING FOR A GROSS RECEIPTS TAX ON CERTAIN ATTORNEY FEES; REQUIRING REGISTRATION FOR TAX PURPOSES;".,

     2. On page 2, line 6, after "MALPRACTICE" insert "AND OTHER".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
