    Your BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 763

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 6, after “collected” insert, “pursuant to Section 1 Subsection A”.

     2. On page 2, line 25, after “seven”, insert “working”. 

     3. On page 3, between lines 20 and 21, insert the following new section:

     "Section 2. TEMPORARY PROVISION--MORATORIUM ON SANCTIONS.--Until July 1, 2010, the gaming control board shall not impose any regulatory sanction or other penalty upon a gaming operator licensee for a violation of Section 1 of this 2009 act.".

     2. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
