    1. On page 1, line 12 strike “FEDERAL”, and insert in lieu thereof “STATE”.

    2. On page 1, line 18 strike “federal”, and insert in lieu thereof “state”.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
