    Your HEALTH AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 710

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 2, after "shall", strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 3 through 5 in their entirety and strike line 6 up to the period and insert in lieu thereof "work with its contractors that administer the state's approved waiver programs to promote and, if practicable, develop a program called the "medical home program"".

     2. On page 2, line 13, after "model", insert "may".

     3. On page 4, line 23 through page 5, line 2, strike Subsection B in its entirety.

     4. Reletter the subsequent subsection accordingly.

     5. On page 5, line 12 through page 8, line 2, strike Section 2 in its entirety.,

and thence referred to the BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE.
