AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY FOR OPERATIONAL SUPPORT OF THE VERTEBRATE WILDLIFE MUSEUM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2010 to provide operational support for the university's vertebrate wildlife museum in the department of fish, wildlife and conservation ecology. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
