AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO FUND THE JUVENILE ASSESSMENT AND REPORTING CENTER IN THE THIRD JUDICIAL DISTRICT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred eighty thousand dollars ($280,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the administrative office of the courts for expenditure in fiscal year 2010 to fund the juvenile assessment and reporting center in the third judicial district. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
