has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, lines 17 and 18, strike “two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000)” and insert in lieu thereof “one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000)”.
