HOUSE HEALTH AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 664

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, strike line 25 in its entirety and renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

     2. On page 2, strike lines 4 and 5 in their entirety and renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

     3. On page 2, line 24, after the semicolon, insert "and".

     4. On page 2, line 25, strike "and".

     5. On page 3, strike lines 1 and 2 in their entirety.

     6. On page 4, line 5, after “breast” strike the remainder of the line, strike line 6 in its entirety and on line 7, strike “practice”.

     7. On page 4, line 10, after “another” strike the remainder of the line and strike all of line 11 through “practice”.
